Abdul-Razzak Al-Adwani

Al-Adwani, Abdul Razzak Mishari MB BS Lond(1958) MPH MRCP(1964) FRCP(1979) (February 14, 1928 – July 5, 1996) was Minister of Health of Kuwait from 1971 to 1975^[1] and Rector of the University of Kuwait^[2] from 1980 to 1984.
